Casting

The company mainly produces casting materials using high-temperature alloys, heat-resistant stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel. The process adopts low-temperature and medium temperature mold materials, surface refinement treatment, all silica sol shell making, medium frequency induction furnace smelting, vacuum smelting of high-temperature alloys, and vacuum heat treatment technology. The main equipment includes a 25/50Kg three chamber equiaxed crystal vacuum induction furnace, a domestically produced 100Kg vacuum induction furnace, a vacuum heat treatment furnace, an imported 35 ton MPI fully automatic wax injection machine, a high-pressure core removal kettle, a high-pressure dewaxing kettle, etc.
